Maddy's 3 months old!

I'm slacking a bit on the updates - things are busy as ever with me now back at work full time and Madalyn changing so much every day. My first week back at work was good - it's been pretty easy getting back into the swing of things. And it helps to know that Maddy is enjoying her daycare and having lots of fun play time and smiles each day. And she's still full of smiles for us in the evening - the fussy time is slowly fading and being replaced by smiles and laughs.

Today is my birthday - definitely a special one. Greg and I went out last night to a really nice dinner at Troquet in Boston. Then we had dessert and coffee drinks at Maggiano's before heading home to our sleeping beauty. Auntie Jenn and Uncle Shawn babysat and did a great job!

Today all 3 of us seem to have the beginnings of a cold. Madalyn is stuffed up, sneezing, and coughing. But she's still in good spirits and doesn't have a fever, so hopefully it doesn't get any worse. It's really her first bout with any kind of sickness - we've been lucky so far, but with daycare (germs), me back at work (lots of germs), and Greg on an airplane to/from NYC this past week (more germs...) Maddy's bound to catch something.

Lately she's been talking up a storm - just babbling, but it really seems like she's trying to have a conversation with us -it's so cute! And pretty loud! She definitely provides lots of entertainment around here. Of course there's Wilson too :)
