Apple Picking

We went apple picking last weekend and it was a gorgeous sunny day. We found a small, family owned place in Harvard MA that was friendly and best of all, not crowded at all! We started out with a sample of their delicious apple cider and then headed out to find our apples. Maddy loved it because she could reach most of the apples we picked. I remember apple picking when I was younger and the trees were huge and very high up but now just about anyone can pick them with no climbing involved, even a 3 year old. We had a nice picnic lunch at the beach at Harvard Pond afterward. So far we've been having beautiful weather most days this fall....
